Drive-by shooting near my Wal-mart *update*

Happened late last night, phoned in by the employees. I only just heard about it, and all the facts aren't out yet. 18 spent shotgun shells found on the scene. Still haven't heard if the victim survived or what.

Kinda creeped out considering some suspicious drivers around here at night, and the fact that I live so close to Wally-world. [img]eek.gif[/img]

Ya but I'm hoping that's just an exaggeration *knocks wood*. This was from the lady down the street who loves to talk. Either that or perhaps the victim was able to drive away, prompting the gunman to keep firing at the car? Hopefully it'll be on the news tonight.

If it was a giant mutant 8 legged freak, I'd be more worried about those than crazed gunmen [img]eek.gif[/img]

And nothing on it was on the news last night. I tested fate and went to Wally's (I had to shop, dammit), there was a cop car outside the place.

I've run into a few weird situations with strange drivers around that area before, right into my suburb complex. One of which was a car full of guys in tinted windows following me- and these cases were weird alone but after the drive-by (very rare here), it sorta puts an extra layer of creepiness on the whole thing.
